Retirement and a Chocolate Transition
Following a valuable Financial Adviser career which spanned 3 decades, my Dad, Pat Fleuriot, did what so many aspire to do – he ran it all and he did it with principle. He did it to support those he loves and to uplift those he worked with. He is unique in how steadfast he stands regarding his values and this laid the foundation for a magnificent legacy. He now, with love and consideration, passes this baton of responsibility and purpose solely to me. In true Pat fashion, this is no coincidence. This succession plan is deeply considered and the last 9 years in the making. Thank you, Dad, for the lessons you have taught, the belief you have sewn and now the trust you place in me.
As my Dad ends his season at F&A and downs his tools as an Independent Financial Advisor, he now moves onto another project. Dad enjoy your next steps as you embark on your new project of The Art of Wealth Whispering! The Art of Wealth Whispering aims to provide an “open source” platform for likeminded people to practice the art of sharing their thoughts and feelings about the concept of wealth and wellbeing, specifically around the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional elements of wealth.

“As I step down and pass the baton on to Richard, rest assured that I am leaving you in very capable hands and have no doubt that your endeavours with F&A will continue to grow from strength to strength under Richard’s guidance.
I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to Jacqueline, Richard, Danielle, Andrea and Candice for their love, support, loyalty and valued contributions to F&A over the years.
Thank you and good luck Richard! You are all a father could wish for and I am confident that you will flourish and continue the F&A legacy with pride and passion.

LOOKING FORWARDS!
I am exceptionally excited to continue my drive at building an advice practice which challenges the often selfish and inefficient culture this industry produces. Years like this one prove how essential it is to have a strong support team around you to tackle challenges and uncertainties. I aim to improve F&A in its role as your companion and specialist support team here. Although we have already exploited inefficiencies within the industry, I remain convinced that there are still huge gaps to be filled, and I plan to direct our efforts toward running at these. Hopefully, with time, this can pull the standard of the entire industry forwards.
